Autumn Muñoz (They/Them Pronouns) is an NYU Drama/Politics Major who worked in Fort Worth, Texas at the daycare they grew up in. Through this interview they examine their time in childcare work and the way that shaped the world as they see it now. They discuss the intricacies of community in such a space and the impact it had on their development and work conditions. Recounting stories of parents and administrators at the daycare that made working there difficult and stories of kids and growth that made the work worthwhile, Autumn explores navigating the complex world of small town daycare work as a non-binary disabled lesbian.
